East Carolina University is renovating and expanding the baseball clubhouse at Clark-LeClair Stadium in Greenville, and construction is well underway. Edmondson Engineers is the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineer, working with architect CRA Associates and Hamel Builders.
The $10.3 million project adds a club deck along the left field line with about 100 seats and a patio, along with an upgraded locker room, coaches' offices, athletic training room and video room for the Pirates. Work began in October 2025 and is scheduled to finish in 2027.
